Tackling disease and denials
My master’s thesis is about image restoration strategies (Benoit, 1995) employed by the National Football League (NFL) in their responses to concussions and Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE). I split the NFL’s response into three prongs in order to create a deeper understanding of what the NFL says and does to repair their image and reputation.
