Assistant Director of Integrated Marketing Communications

Spring Hill College

At Spring Hill College, I manage all digital marketing efforts including Google Ads, social media ads, streaming ads, email marketing, and YouTube Ads. I also develop several digital content pieces used in our marketing, primarily photos and videos. My most rewarding part of this job is training interns, giving them experience in their field, and watching them succeed after graduation.

Director of Marketing

Ashurst Niemeyer Real Estate

At Ashurst Niemeyer Real Estate, I reinvented how things were ran in the marketing department. In my first weeks, I established the budget for the next quarter with examples of work and streamlined the social media accounts. I’ve also worked with third-party SEO and advertising firms in order to bring in more clientele to the company.

Internship Experience

As an intern, the Mint Julep Boutique trusted me to market something I had no knowledge about: women’s clothes. That being said, I was able to bring in tens of thousands of dollars in profits for them from my social media ad campaigns.

Valentine’s Day Campaign

During my first week at The Mint in January, I was given a lot of marketing training and background information on the company. It’s primarily an online boutique and sells internationally. One thing really struck out to me; they also sold gift cards. Since they weren’t physical cards, there was absolutely no cost to the company other than the standard shipping cost with every purchase. So, in my first couple of days as a marketing intern, I made my first pitch: target ads for our gift cards to men who are friends with people who like our page.
