It’s all about what you can bring to the table

I like to consider myself to be a Swiss Army Knife of public relations and marketing.

SEO.

With my step-dad owning an SEO marketing firm, I have learned the tools of the trade and have brought SEO to every place I’ve worked. From a small law firm in Birmingham to an international business, SEO is absolutely necessary for an organization to thrive in the digital age.

Research.

With countless academic papers I’ve conducted research for, there is no limit to what I can do with research. I have a vast knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods and have experience using any and all of them.

Communication.

I have been teaching public speaking for the last year and a half and will have a master’s degree in communication in May 2020. Communication skills are always asked for in job applications but it is usually lacking. Hire a master of it instead.

Adobe and Microsoft Suite.

I have years of experience with Adobe Suite and Microsoft Suite. From coding a website by hand on Adobe DreamWeaver to running statistical tests in Microsoft Excel, I’ve done it all. I also have a good amount of experience in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Audition.

Marketing.

I have had many experiences with marketing and have made some clients tens of thousands of dollars off of a single campaign. I do my research well before asking for a budget and will always come out with a benefit for you.

Evaluation.

This is a skill that is often undervalued or simplified so let me make it clear: just because you are running a profit, does not mean you are succeeding. Evaluating programs and campaigns is a vital function for running an efficient, effective organization and is something that I strive to consistently improve on.

Writing.

A lot of people can say they can write… they can’t. You see a lot of applicants submit their English 101 paper as a writing sample. Well, I have a variety of writing samples that could be submitted from blog posts to press releases to a master’s thesis. You name it, I got it and it’s good.

Teaching.

With over two years of teaching experience at the collegiate level, I can say that I am confident in my teaching abilities with anybody. In order for an organization to grow, everyone must be on the same page and if there is misunderstanding, errors can be made. I can prevent those crucial errors from occurring.

Critical and Creative Thinking.

It all begins with an idea. But is it really a good idea? Sure, it may be nice if it could happen, but can you actually make it happen? I don’t give ideas or proposals until I have accounted for every possible variable. This gives you an idea that is just as reliable as it is creative.
